Does anyone know if there is a site that lists missions where you can pick up certain skills. For instance if I were looking for a non elite skill it would list the npc and town i would get the said skill from. Also just a side question but do you retain your unlocked skills if you were to delete an rpg character. Thanking everyone who helps in advance Jaren Scion.

There is a Skill Listing in the Library of the main GW Guru website.

Yes, once you unlock a skill is remains unlocked.
